Jermaine Brown

Jermaine Dorell Brown,21,of Holden,departed this life Monday, March 30,2009,at CAMC General Division
in Charleston.
Born June 8,1987,in Charleston,he is the son of Arletta L. Brown of Holden,WV and Marvin H. Brown of
Amherstdale,WV. Jermaine was employed as a coal minder with Brody Mines of Wharton. He was a
graduate of Logan High School, a Motor Cross racer, and was interested in mechanics, weight-lifting
and physical fitness.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Walter Brown and an aunt Jacquita Reynolds.
Additional survivors include a special friend,Tanisha Little of Whitman;one son, Za'Vion Da'Maree
Little of Whitman,WV;twin sisters.Shahtekia and Shahrekia of Holden,WV;one brother,Alam Clark of
Virginia;grandmother,Clementine(Willie)Rollins of Holden,WV and Ruth
Brand,grandfather,Willie(Shirlene)Patton of Madison,WV;Great-Grandmother,Mary M. Brown of
Amherstdale,WV;a special friend, Mike Tolliver of Kistler,WV;an aunt,Angelina (Sid) Marcum of
Whitman,WV;seven uncles;Fernando Ray Bryant(companion Carnella)and Antonio Matthews(companion
Beverly),both of Holden,WV,Angelo(Angela)Patton of Belfry,KY.,Tarnell(Joyce)Patton of Pikeville,KY.,
and Dartanya(Carol Rae) Matthews,Adrian (Mashawna) Patton and Torrey Patton, all of Logan,WV; a
friend Carey, other extended family members and a host of friends.
